Jeff Forman is a licensed REALTOR® and co-founder of Immaculate Homes. His passion for real estate began through investing in homes with his wife, Amanda, and quickly grew into a calling to help families navigate one of life's biggest decisions with confidence. Jeff is also a certified Residential Investment Specialist (IRS), making him a trusted advisor in real estate investing and helping clients understand that every home is an investment. He is known for his honest guidance, strong negotiation skills, and commitment to serving every client with integrity, professionalism, and genuine care.

Amanda Forman is the co-founder and creative visionary behind Immaculate Homes. She oversees the company's branding, marketing, and client experience while helping shape the mission and values that define the business. As a devoted Catholic wife and homeschooling mother of five boys, Amanda is passionate about creating a welcoming, faith-filled experience that helps every client feel supported from the first conversation to closing day.

Maria Connealy brings our brand to life through creative content, strategic marketing, visual design, and organization. From managing social media and generating new ideas to refreshing our logo and maintaining a cohesive brand identity, Maria ensures every detail reflects who we are and the clients we serve. She was born and raised in Bellevue, Nebraska and is currently attending Benedictine College in Atchison, KS, where she is getting her degree in Graphic Design with a minor in Theology. Maria has a passion for design and loves finding different ways to capture God's beauty, which is overflowing in our lives!
